Argos, an independent European investment fund, has promoted as Associates Maude Culis-Féry (France), Audrey De Vreese (Benelux) and Lisa Petermeijer (Benelux). The Argos team comprises 75 employees in its 7 European offices.

Maude Culis-Féry, Associate, joined Argos Wityu in 2023 as a member of the French investment team.
Holder of a bachelor’s in accounting and business administration from Lyon University and a master’s in finance from ESSEC, Maude joined Argos after gaining experience in Private Equity and M&A at BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley and Advent International.
Maude currently supports Agôn Electronics and EPC Group. Notably, she played a key role in Agôn’s major acquisition of Tronico as an add-on in 2024. She is also actively involved in Argos initiatives, including intern recruitment and fostering relationships with universities, particularly ESSEC.

Audrey De Vreese, Associate, joined Argos Wityu in 2023 as a member of the Benelux investment team.
Holder of a bachelor’s in applied economics at University of Leuven and a master’s in financial management at Vlerick Business School, Audrey joined Argos after gaining experience in Private Equity and M&A in Vectis, PB Leiner, Access Capital Partners and Alantra.
Audrey currently supports Schenk Tanktransport. Notably, she played a key role in their strategic acquisition of Suttons as an add-on in 2024. She is also actively involved in Argos initiatives, including leveraging our pan-European network on cross-border build-up acquisitions.

Lisa Petermeijer, Associate, joined Argos Wityu in 2023 as a member of the Benelux investment team.
Holder of a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Finance and Investments both at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Lisa joined Argos after gaining experience in Private Equity at Connected Capital and Capital A Investment Partners.
Lisa currently supports Gantrex and is working on potential acquisitions in the Netherlands.
