Tasks:
As a working student, you can expect an exciting and varied job. In addition to investment activities, you will gain insights into working with our portfolio companies. The area of responsibility includes, among other things:
- Support of the investment team in due diligence activities for potential acquisitions, including independent desktop research, use of databases (Bundesanzeiger, Capital IQ, etc.)
- Analyses of companies, industries and markets and subsequent preparation of discussion materials
- Collaboration in the preparation of presentations and documents for investment decisions
- Preparation of analyses and reports for portfolio companies
What you bring to the table:
- Advanced university degree in economics with a focus on accounting, controlling, finance and/or management, with outstanding academic performance
- Initial practical experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, etc.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Work alongside your studies for at least 6 months, up to 20 hours per week
