I discovered private equity with Argos, and what a surprise it was!

I joined the group in early 2019 as the Italian team’s assistant, providing overall support to the team.

I like the international setting, being surrounded by talented people and the idea that there are no boundaries here: projects can be in any business sector.

Even if my role is more office-related, I’m glad to see how many different activities converge towards a common goal. Everyone contributes.

These aspects help me keep an open-minded attitude and give my best. Every team success has been a bet on the potential of people. And like a puzzle, every piece counts.

In my spare time: gardening, books and baking cakes to relax; concerts, cinema and travel to have fun.
