Can you introduce yourself in a few words?
Stanislas
My name is Stanislas Guichot-Perere and I was born and raised in Paris, where I currently live after experiences in London and Brussels.
Tell us about your career and how you joined Argos?
Stanislas
After my studies in Business Management and Strategy at EDHEC Business School, I started my career in Brussels as an Investment Analyst at Kartesia, a European private debt fund, and later joined Kartesia’s Paris office as an Investment Associate. There I had the chance to participate in a dozen transactions on SMEs, including PE transactions alongside management teams. I really enjoyed supporting entrepreneurs developing their businesses and am thrilled to be able to continue this challenge at Argos!
The world of private equity has changed a lot in recent years. What is your definition of PE? How do you see it?
Stanislas
To provide financial, operational, and strategic support to companies and managers as they pursue their goals of growth and expansion. I am happy to be working side by side with talented entrepreneurs and to be giving them all the necessary resources to improve their businesses and create value together.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Stanislas
The variety of fields and subjects in this industry is so wide that no day is like another, no investment like another, no discussion like another! Every day is different, and I love it!
Is there a person you admire, who inspires you on a daily basis?
Stanislas
I have always been very admirative of self-made entrepreneurs, passionate about their jobs and caring about the value they bring to society and the well-being of their employees.
How do you find balance in your life as a whole?
Stanislas
I try to always have side projects!
Outside of your job, what are your passions or commitments?
Stanislas
I try to do as much sports as I can, and football, skiing and sailing are my favourites. I am also engaged as treasurer of a small NGO founded by two friends, bringing educational activities to children in the northern suburbs of Paris.
How do you see yourself in the future?

Still helping companies reaching their goals.

On top of a mountain at sunrise or on a sailing boat at sunset.
