Argos, an independent European private equity group, announces a series of promotions across its investment and finance teams.
These appointments reflect Argos’ commitment to developing talent from within and recognize the contribution of professionals who play a key role in supporting portfolio companies, executing investments and strengthening the Group’s European platform.
The Argos team now comprises 75 employees present in four regions: France, Italy, Benelux and DACH.
Investment team
- Théodore Bracklo (DACH) has been promoted to Investment Manager
- Onur Yirik (DACH) has been promoted to Investment Manager
- Capucine Richemond (France) has been promoted to Associate
Finance Team
- Siouar El Fatih has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Investment team
Théodore Bracklo (DACH) Investment Manager
Théodore joined Argos in July 2025 as an Associate within the DACH investment team.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from EBS Business School and a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. Before joining Argos, Théodore worked in strategy consulting as an Engagement Manager, where he supported private equity clients on both transactions and post-deal portfolio value creation.
Since joining Argos, Théodore has supported the portfolio companies artos Bakery Group and LoQu and contributed notably to the acquisition of Kamps as a build-up acquisition for Bakery Schmidt.
His promotion to Investment Manager reflects both his strategy and transactions expertise as well as his contribution to the development of the DACH investment activity.
Onur Yirik (DACH) Investment Manager
Onur joined Argos in March 2023 as an Analyst within the DACH investment team and was promoted to Associate in January 2024.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Master’s degree from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Before joining Argos, he worked in his family’s business and subsequently in M&A, advising on mid-market transactions.
Since joining Argos, Onur has played a key role in the acquisition of Lavatio and its two subsequent add-ons and supports the portfolio companies Norline, Lavatio and Wibit.
In addition to his investment activities, Onur contributes to the Argos Foundation and is actively involved in the implementation of AI tools across the firm.
His promotion to Investment Manager reflects his strong transaction track record and his contribution to portfolio value creation across the DACH region.
Capucine Richemond (France) Associate
Capucine joined Argos in March 2024 following an internship with the firm.
She graduated from HEC Paris in 2023 with a Master’s degree in Sustainability & Social Innovation, following a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Finance from Warwick Business School. Prior to joining Argos, she gained experience as a Sustainable Banking Analyst within La Banque Postale’s Corporate and Investment Banking division.
Capucine has contributed to several investment projects, including Cézanne and Canopea, and supports Julhiet Sterwen, a portfolio company within the Mid-Market strategy, including on its acquisition of HRConseil.
Beyond her investment activities, she is actively involved in several cross-functional initiatives, including the Argos Foundation, the development of knowledge and AI tools for the Climate strategy, and the recruitment and training of interns.
Her promotion to Associate reflects her strong performance, commitment, and growing contribution to the French investment activities.
Finance team
Siouar El Fatih, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Siouar joined Argos in March 2026 as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
He brings more than 15 years of experience in transaction services, financial advisory and private markets. Prior to joining Argos, Siouar spent over ten years at EY, where he most recently served as a Senior Manager within the Strategy and Transactions practice. During his tenure, he advised private equity firms and corporate clients on complex transactions, financial due diligence assignments and value creation initiatives. Before EY, he worked in Transaction Services at PwC and held investment and equity research roles at EDF, UBS and Kepler Cheuvreux.
Since joining Argos, Siouar has been overseeing the Group’s financial operations, reporting, fund administration and finance processes, while supporting the continued growth of the platform across Europe.
His promotion to Chief Financial Officer reflects both the significant contribution he has already made to the firm and the confidence placed in his leadership, expertise and ability to support Argos’ long-term development.
