Strengthening competences and know-how

With strong foundations in place and a clear focus on IDP, Havant’s next priority was to deepen its technological edge.

Argos and CEO Massimo Missaglia launched a first phase of build-up aimed at reinforcing core competences, internalising key technologies, and expanding the IDP value proposition — before any geographic expansion.

Two acquisitions played a decisive role:

  • AgileSigns – strengthening proprietary capabilities in e-signing and digital identity, while extending coverage across Italy
  • AI-Docs – bringing artificial intelligence directly into the IDP platform, unlocking new use cases for customers

 

Together, these moves reinforced Havant’s know-how, innovation capacity, and control over its core software assets.
