We are looking for motivated investment professionals to reinforce our Frankfurt office as an Analyst/Associate.

The Argos Mid-Market fund unlocks business potential and helps companies make it to the next level.
The Argos Climate Action fund (SFDR art. 9) aims at shaping European sustainable leaders by making their‘grey-to-green’transition.
What you bring to the table :
✓ Preferably Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration;
✓ 1-4 years of practical experience in the field of private equity, investment banking, consulting etc.;
✓ Native German speaker and fluency in English (usually, we carry out our work in English, but require German in team and management interactions);
✓ Superior ability to synthesize the output from analyses, identify the ‘sowhat,’ and proactively propose the next line of inquiry;
✓ Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written & verbal communication skills; and
✓ It’s definitely not all about slides & excel, however, being proficient in common MS office applications & AI tools is a pre-requisite.
