Argos, an independent European investment fund, has promoted Vincent Yacoub to the position of Investment Manager, and Pierre Cassignol to the position of Senior Associate. The investment team has a total of 32 members.

Vincent Yacoub, Investment Manager, joined Argos in 2017 as a member of the investment team in the Paris office.
A graduate of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon – Sorbonne, where he earned a master’s degree in financial engineering and an advanced degree (magistère) in finance, Vincent came to Argos after gaining previous experience in private equity at Bpifrance and then LFPI (La Financière Patrimoniale d’Investissement).
Vincent is currently supporting Sasa Demarle in its growth strategy. He also took part in the expansion of Olinn from the time it was acquired until it was sold in 2021.
Pierre Cassignol, Senior Associate, joined Argos in 2019 as a member of the investment team in the Paris office.
A graduate of the ESSEC Business School and the INP EI-Purpan engineering school, Pierre came to Argos after gaining previous M&A experience.
Pierre is currently supporting Juratoys and La Compagnie des Desserts, in particular in their respective acquisitions of Lilliputiens (2020) and Philippe Faur (2022).
