Episode 4

Where execution is hardest: the landmark projects

The clearest proof of an execution platform is the projects nobody else wants to attempt. Norline is brought in where execution is hardest: road tunnels, data centres, industrial cooling and large urban conversions.

• At the Quadro Tower in Zurich-Oerlikon, Norline supports a landmark conversion of 26+ floors of office space into around 260 residential units, delivering the full dismantling scope alongside TABS installation and climate-system refurbishment.

• In the Seelisberg tunnel, crews renewed piping across five kilometres with traffic barely affected.

• At Glattzentrum, Norline installed industrial cooling of up to 7,200 kW – in the fastest-growing vertical of its market.
