Episode 2

Why Argos and Norline partnered

Switzerland has legislated its energy transition – net zero by 2050, federal support programmes, and more than 900,000 fossil heating systems to be replaced.

What regulation cannot create is installation capacity. Across the country, skilled labour remains the scarcest resource on construction sites, creating a structural execution gap. This gap is what brought Norline and Argos together in 2023.

Norline had built a leading execution platform with strong market positioning and deep customer relationships. Argos saw the opportunity to support its next phase of growth and help scale a key enabler of Switzerland’s energy transition.
